It is proposed to allocate €95.5 billion for the Horizon Europe programme, the EU's framework programme for research and innovation. Designed to make it easier for companies to develop, deploy, and scale futureproof technologies into markets.
Horizon Europe grants: are non-dilutive, 70–100% funding intensity, awarded to single companies or international consortia — covering research, innovation and acceleration phases, from feasibility through commercialisation.

EIC Accelerator
The European Innovation Council Accelerator is the EU's flagship deeptech funding instrument. It backs market-creating innovations from TRL 5/6 through commercialisation, with up to €2.5M in grant and up to €15M in equity per company.
I've co-authored 20+ EIC Accelerator proposals and helped design the EIC Fund's Technical Due Diligence framework — €100M+ allocated for deeptech projects via 75+ Investment Readiness Reports.
